Melt Shipping and Processing Information

Free Shipping on Orders Over $60

We believe in transparency and keeping you informed every step of the way. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and processing times:

Processing Time:

We take care to ensure your order is handled with love, which may take more than 2 business days. Please note, we don't process orders on weekends. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience!

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a cheerful shipment confirmation email with all the details, including a tracking number. If you’re eager to check the status, just drop us an email at info@shopmeltco.com, and we’ll gladly assist!

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Mistakes happen! If you’ve provided the wrong address and we haven’t shipped your order yet, email us at info@shopmeltco.com, and we’ll update it for you. If the order has already been shipped, you can try reaching out to the courier company to redirect the delivery. If the order is returned to us, a $30 fee will be charged to cover associated costs.

Cancellation Requests:

Need to cancel your order? No problem! If it hasn’t been shipped yet, email us at info@shopmeltco.com for a full refund. However, once the order is sent and you have a tracking number, we can’t cancel it or issue a refund. Thanks for understanding!

Damaged Products:

We’re sorry to hear if your products arrived damaged. We pack with care, but sometimes accidents happen. Email us at info@shopmeltco.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll promptly resolve the issue.
